1. Services

Body Alchemy Esthetics provides esthetic, beauty, and wellness services including, but not limited to:

• Facials

• Lash services

• Brow services

• Waxing services

• Reflexology

• Assisted stretching

• Wellness-related services within our scope of practice

All services are performed in accordance with applicable state laws and licensing requirements.

2. Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, by text message, or in person.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmation has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or modify services when necessary for safety, health, legal, or operational reasons.

3. Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit to reserve an appointment.

Deposits are applied toward the final service balance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Failure to comply with cancellation policies may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

4. Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our cancellation and appointment policies.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

• No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule.

Additional details may be outlined in appointment confirmations and client intake forms.

5. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

Results may vary based on individual factors including skin type, hair growth patterns, aftercare compliance, medications, health conditions, and lifestyle.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

• Change of mind

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

• Allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies

• Services already rendered

Retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit at management discretion.

6. Health & Medical Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, medications, allergies, and contraindications before receiving services.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect service results and may increase the risk of adverse reactions.

Body Alchemy Esthetics reserves the right to decline or modify services when contraindications exist.

7. Results Disclaimer

Individual results are not guaranteed.

Service outcomes may vary based on:

• Skin type

• Hair type

• Hormonal factors

• Medications

• Home care practices

• Lifestyle factors

Any photos displayed on our website or social media are examples and should not be interpreted as guarantees of results.

Clients voluntarily assume the risks associated with esthetic and wellness services.
