Appointment Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask that you arrive on time so that we can provide the best experience possible.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled guest.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to the cancellation fee outlined below.

Full service fees may still apply if insufficient time remains to complete the scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

This policy allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Multiple no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments without prepayment.

Deposits

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment when sufficient cancellation notice is provided.

Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations and no-show appointments.

Refund Policy

Due to the time, products, and professional services provided, all services are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we may discuss a reasonable solution.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference regarding results

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

  • Allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or medical conditions

  • Services already rendered

Retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis if unopened and unused.

Lash Service Policy

Because lash retention is heavily influenced by home care, lifestyle, medications, hormones, sleeping habits, and natural lash cycles, refunds are not provided for lash services.

If concerns arise, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Waxing & Brow Services

Results may vary based on hair growth cycles, skin type, medications, and aftercare compliance. Refunds are not provided once services have been completed.

Right to Refuse Service

Body Alchemy Esthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary for client safety, staff safety, health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with salon policies.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
