Lash Extension Pre-Care Instructions

To ensure the best retention and application results, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:

✨ Arrive with clean lashes

• Remove all eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner, and strip lash adhesive before your appointment.

• Wash your lashes thoroughly with a lash-safe cleanser.

✨ Avoid caffeine if possible

• Excessive caffeine can cause eye fluttering, making application more difficult.

✨ Do not curl your lashes

• Avoid using an eyelash curler for at least 24 hours before your appointment.

✨ Avoid waterproof mascara

• Discontinue use 48 hours before your appointment, as residue can interfere with adhesive bonding.

✨ Remove contact lenses

• If possible, wear glasses to your appointment or bring a contact lens case.

✨ Avoid oily products around the eyes

• Do not apply oily creams, serums, or makeup removers around the eye area on the day of your appointment.

✨ Plan for relaxation

• Lash appointments can take 1.5–3 hours depending on the service. Please arrive prepared to relax and keep your eyes closed throughout the appointment.

✨ Limit guests and distractions

• To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, please attend your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made.

✨ Notify your technician

• Inform us of any eye conditions, allergies, recent eye surgeries, infections, or sensitivities before your appointment.

Not Recommended Before Your Appointment

• Lash lifts or perms within the last 6–8 weeks

• Eye infections, styes, or pink eye

• Recent eye surgery without physician clearance
